I just recieved these amazing and creative (soon to become the new things) - Duct Tape Flip Flops! They are created by my friend Cameron and she makes them completely on her own! They make good indoor shoes and are made for small trips to the store or to your friend's house. They are totally comfortable and will last long if treated with care. Having Haleybop has definitely made me realize that I have great friends.
Friends are sunshine!! Friends want you to be happy and do your best with your life!
Having Haleybop has also made me more aware of my friends talents and their goals.

I Don't Share Hats!!

Almost everyone that knows me knows I love to wear hats. My favorite hat is my beige crocheted hat. I wear it with all kinds of outfits like skirts, jeans & tees. I think it looks cute with almost anything.
Lots of people ask me if they can borrow or try my hat on. Even my mom wants to borrow it. You might think it’s selfish, but my answer is always “no”, “nope”, “no way”, “forget about it.” Sometimes a girl just needs to have something all to herself! I'm sure you can understand :)

Limited Edition Boys Tees

I wanted to tell you about 2 of our new designs made especially for boys. I got the idea from things my five year old brother, Gage likes. We have a rocket design and an electric guitar design. So far the most popular one is the electric guitar. We named this new line; HB Dudes (HB=HaleyBop) and have a cool boys logo on the back. You can see them on my website, www.shophaleybop.com under "HB Dudes".

I got the idea for this logo design from the "Route 66" sign. (and the song). My family and I drove all along route 66 on our trip across the country.

HaleyBop on Ryan Seacrest!!!

I was very excited to get to do a live interview with Ryan Seacrest the other day!
He asked me about my designs and about Art with A Heart, and about what it is like to have a clothing line at 9 years old! I was a little nervous but he was so nice.I had fun talking to him and it made a lot of people learn more about HaleyBop and Art With A Heart!

Summer Fashions for Young Girls

Haleybop's Fashions are great shirts for the summer. They match everything and they are cool for the hot summer weather.

The t-shirts created by Haley are fun and have designs on them you cannot find anywhere. There are shirts with flowers, roses, princess pinwheel, and a lot of custom designs. Haley is an eight year old girl who knows exactly what we want to see on t-shirts. The designs are fun and creative.

The summer time is hot and it is hard to find comfortable clothes to wear when the weather gets too warm. Haley's tees are perfect because they are not too thick and great for the warm weather. I don't get too hot in the warm summer sun.

Haleybop tees are fun because they match everything. They look good with all of my clothes. I can wear a t-shirt with my mini skirts, shorts, jeans, and more. Everything I wear looks cool with a t-shirt designed by Haley. She knows how to make a shirt that is full of style that I can wear with everything. The Princess Pinwheel is my favorite because it looks really neat.

These are the best t-shirts for summer and great for gift giving too. If you have to give a friend a present this is the best idea. I like wearing a shirt that is unique and designed by someone like me.

It is fun shopping for summer clothes and buying Haley tees over the Internet. Plus, every t-shirt purchased, Haley donates $1 to Art with a Heart program to help sick kids in the hospital.

Spring is Here!

I love spring when all the flowers are blooming outside, all the beautiful colors the purples and yellows and reds. And now these colors are in the fashions, too. I love it when designers bring the out side inside or at least into their clothing. With bright prints of flowers of all different colors on a white background or sometimes a green background with yellow flowers does look good in address or tunic top with leggings. I just love spring clothing because you've been in sweaters and jeans and bundled up all winter long now it's time to blossom like the flowers.

Sundresses are great because they have a flirty skirt that sways back and forth when you walk and a nice little blouse, sometimes spaghetti straps or a T-shirt type shirt to go with the skirt. And sundresses are not only white anymore; they're bright colors like orange, yellow or purple. This also brings Capri and pedal pushers which are basically short pants but they are a lot cooler than jeans and come in a variety of colors and look cute when they are rolled up a little and paired with some sneakers.

And let's not forget about the shoes! Oh my gosh I love shoes! All kinds of shoes, from snappy tennis shoes with different colors and designs on them for wearing with shorts or pedal pushers, to sandals that show off your pretty painted toes. And then there are the clogs with thick heels that make noise when you walk. There are also small heels and large heels to go with the spring sun dresses and Capri pants. There are so many shoes for spring but sometimes I have two wear gardener boots because of all the rain, but they are fashionable with little umbrellas all over them and outlined in baby blue.

"Weather" the Clothing

This is a hard time for fashion at least for me, because it is not quite spring and not very wintery either so knowing what to wear can be tough. But dressing for two seasons at a time can be fun.
In the morning when I go to school, I have to dress warm but by the early afternoon, the sun is out and the temperature is warmer so what do I do??? I dress for both!

I like to wear clothes that I do not have to change into but instead just fix the outfit I am already wearing. This morning I wore a long sleeve white stretchy shirt with a stretchy red and purple tank top over it. The purple in the tank top matched with a purple skirt I wore....over jeans! (I love the skirt-over-jeans look). So then when it got warmer outside, I just took off the jeans. I could have taken off the long sleeve shirt and just wore the tank top....but tank tops are not allowed in school. Oh Well!

HaleyBop Fashion Review #2 - SCARVES they are not just for your neck

I think more girls my age should wear scarves. I got a yellow scarf as a gift last month and I wear it all the time. But I do not just wear it as a simple scarf around my neck. Sometimes I wear it as a belt or as part of an outfit I wear to school. I also like to wrap and tie it around my head, because that looks really cute too. I like to take chances with my outfits because clothes can tell a story about you. I want to encourage all the girls who read this to take the same chances. If you think it looks cute...WEAR IT! And don't let anyone tell you different! And go buy a scarf !!!!

SKORTS......OR JUST WEAR LEGGINGS

My mom does not like me to wear short skirts unless I wear leggings underneath. That is fine with me because it is much better than what she used to make me wear...SKORTS! A combination of skirt and shorts. That is fine for preschool, maybe first grade, but definitely not third grade. Besides, skorts are very uncomfortable. The skirt part gets all bunched up and I always have to pull the shorts down. I finally got my mom to let me wear regular skirts but with leggings underneath. And I like that look! Today I wore a jean skirt with pink leggings. If you wear leggings, it gives you more options of what shirts or tops you can wear. I also think the skirt/legging look is kind of funky and I like funky.

Concert Tees

I got to go to the Hannah Montana concert over the weekend with my friend. I had the best time. My mom gave me money to buy a t-shirt at the concert. Those t-shirts that they sell at concerts are really cool because they are not like any that I have seen in the stores. My mom thought it was crazy that some of the t-shirts there cost $55 dollars but I told her it is because they were Hannah Montana concert Tees. (The t-shirt I got did not cost THAT much.) But I love it. It is green and has a picture of Hannah singing and glitter on it. You cannot get that in any store so it is worth it to spend a little more money. Besides, I don't think of it as just a t-shirt because everytime I wear it I will be reminded of the greatest time ever!

Halloween Fashions

I love all the halloween costumes that kids are wearing. And I think it is really cool
that girls are dressing in costumes that aren't just for girls, like pirates, and scary costumes. My costume is the "Grim Reaper", with the black cape and glow in the dark mask. I thought I wanted to be "Sharpay"from Highschool Musical but the dress didn't fit me that well. That was a good thing because I realized I didn't have to dress "girly" for Halloween. I dress like a girl every day so I might as well have fun on Halloween and NOT be myself. After all, that is what Halloween is all about.

But to all the girls who's "Sharpay" costumes did fit them..... ROCK ON! And have fun trick or treating.

My Pink "Bummer" Boots- (Fashion Review #1)

My mom bought me a pair of pink boots with thick black leather soles that I wanted for a long time. The brand is called L'amour . She tried to talk me out of them because she did not think they would "wear well" .
But she loves me so ..... :)

Well, she was right! The first day that I wore them, the pink scuffed right off the front of my toes. There is also a zipper on the side that keeps getting stuck. I know that these boots are not cheap and just because they are cute does not mean they are made well or are even comfortable. My tennis shoes from Target held up better than these. Maybe when I am older I will invent HaleyBop Shoes! and they won't scuff!

People are coming to my website and ordering tee shirts for their kids and grand kids. WOW. HaleyBopTees.com is getting a lot of activity and I have been getting very nice comments and emails from people. I am very hapy you all like the designs and please keep in touch because there are more on the way. I am creating all the time. What a great life and I love having a career at 8.

Happy Birthday HaleyBop!

Hi again, it's me Haley! Today is my birthday!! I am officially 8 years old. This will be a great year for me and for my new designs.

I am wearing my favorite HaleyBop Tee today (the bird design) in a cool little style: I tie a small knot in the back and it looks REALLY cute. So that is one thing you can do with YOUR HaleyBopTee. T-shirts are fun and comfortable but they don't have to just hang there. You can also put a small knot off to the side instead of the back which looks cool too.

Hi! My name is Haley and I am the creator and designer of HaleyBop! Tees. I love fashion and I love art and that is what inspired me to create my own designs and start HaleyBopTees.

I am always coming up with different ways to promote my Tee line so "tune in" everyday to see what I'm up to. Just recently, I did a SPECIAL EDITION design for a famous gown designer's runway show in New York City, named Junko Yoshioka and that was SO fun. It was for the Wedding Channel Couture Show on October 21st and my t-shirts were featured inside 300 gift bags for the guests at that show. (shown in the picture).
